Trainee Program at Synventive China

Q: What is the duration of the Trainee Program?
A: Between 8 and 10 months.

Q: Can you provide an overview of Synventive China’s Trainee Program?
A: Beginning in July, a trainee spends 8 to 10 months in an internal rotation, then works as a Junior Design Engineer, Technical Product Management (TPM) Engineer, or Process Engineer.

Q: When do you normally recruit people to join the Trainee Program?
A: We start recruiting in October and November for students to begin in July of the next year.

Q: Which schools does Synventive China usually recruit from?
A: Nanjing Institute of Technology, Changzhou Institute of Technology, Xuzhou University of Technology, and other Engineering Universities.

Q: How many trainees does Synventive China typically hire each year?
A: We hire approximately 6 students majoring in Engineering or Mechanics from Engineering Universities.
